Please read the entire email and kindly follow the volunteer sign-up instructions at the end ~ Morning with Santa ~ Date: Saturday, Dec 16th Volunteer Time: 8:00 am to 1:00 pm Place: MHOC Maria Hall (school cafeteria) Responsibilities: Volunteers will help with the set up, manage the crafts, games, and train and help with parking and clean up. Volunteers: Adults and High School Students. Middle School Students are welcome as long as the parent/guardian is volunteering at the event. There are no drop offs of Middle School Students (Hurry - Limited number of volunteer spots) ~Santa’s Workshop~ Volunteers: Adults and High School Students Role: Help set up Santa's Workshop Date: Friday Night, December 15th Time: 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm. (Hurry - Limited number of volunteer spots) ~ Santa's Bakers ~ (MHOC school parents/students will not be awarded service hours for donations) Donation : Homemade Chocolate Chip Cookies ( Must be homemade and chocolate chip cookies, no store bought cookies) Drop off Date: Friday Night, December 15th between 4:00 pm - 6:30 pm or Saturday, Dec 16th between 7:30 am - 8:30 am. Place: MHOC Maria Hall (School Cafeteria) Service Hours Awarded: One hour for one dozen (Service hours awarded with a maximum of 10 dozen) ~Santa's Bonus Service Hours~ (MHOC school parents/ students will not be awarded service hours for donations) Donate and decorate up to 10 large festive Christmas wrapped boxes to become part of the Christmas scenery. (sample sizes 24 x 16 x 19, 27 x 16 x 15) Drop off Date: Friday Night, December 15th Drop off Time: between 4:00 pm to 6:30 pm. Place: MHOC Maria Hall (School Cafeteria) Service Hours Awarded: One hour for each large decorated box ______________________________________________________________________ How do I sign-up to Volunteer and Donate Cookies and Decorated Boxes Please contact Diana Moffa at dmoffa@bellsouth.net today and specify if you will Volunteer at Morning with Santa (Saturday, Dec. 16th), Santa’s Workshop (Friday Dec. 15th), donate Cookies or Decorated Boxes (provide the quantity of cookies or large boxes being donated). Provide the Volunteer’s/ Donator’s first and last name and specify type of volunteer; adult, HS or MS student . Student volunteers provide the name of your school, grade and if a letter is required. All Middle School students must be accompanied by an adult, please provide the full name of the student and adult. Please identify if you are a MHOC school parent in order to be awarded service hours. Unfortunately, MHOC school parent/students will not be awarded service hours for any donation of baked cookies or festive boxes, but kindly consider donating. Ho! Ho! Ho! Donate toys and help out to wrap them too. Register to volunteer and find out more. We welcome middle school students as long as their parent(s) or guardian is volunteering at the event. The middle school students CANNOT be dropped off to volunteer.
