Altar Servers |
Serve at Mass, Confirmation, First Holy Communion and
on Holy Days. |
| Eucharistic Ministers |
Assist at administering Holy Communion at the weekend
Masses. |
| Lectors |
Read the announcements, Scripture Readings and Pray
of the Faithful during the weekend Masses. |
| Liturgy of the Word for Children |
Lead children, ages 5 - 12 years, in understanding
God's word using the Scripture Readings of that Sunday. |
| Ushers |
Distribute missalettes and bulletins, usher people to
their seats, administer the collection, and select people to bring up the gifts of bread
and wine to the altar. |

Spirituality
Charismatic Prayer Group |
Pray for our priests, our children, our sick, and
personal intentions. |
| Religious Education |
Responsible for the faith formation of the entire
parish, including children and adults. |
| Rosary Group |
Pray the rosary and pray for the holy souls in
purgatory. |
| Spanish Bible Study |
Study and discuss the Bible and pray. |

Music
Children's Choir |
Sing at one Mass per month for children in elementary
and middle school. Also sing at the Christmas and Easter Masses. |
| Adult Choir |
Sing at the 10:30am Sunday Mass, Christmas Mass, and
Holy Days of Obligation. |
| Spanish Choir |
Sing at the 12:00pm Sunday Mass. This is an
adult choir for ages 14 and up. |

Family and Community
| Family Life |
Married couples help engaged couples complete the Engaged
Encounter program. |
| Ministry of Care |
Visit people at home or in hospitals. Bring
Holy Communion, read scripture, and pray with those who are unable to attend church. |
| Respect Life |
Offer material assistance, referral and counseling
services, life issues education, and legislative education, updates, and alerts. |
| Society of St. Vincent DePaul |
Provide charity aid to needy families or individuals
quietly and discreetly. |

Social Groups
| Women's Club |
Sponsor many community activities and fund raisers
and enjoy each other's company. Subcommittees include Community Affairs, Family
Affairs, and Organizational Services. |
| Young at Heart |
Socialize once a month for ages 50 and older. |
| Youth Group - High School |
Meet to discuss topics relevant to the lives of high
school age students. Participate in community projects and hold social and religious
events. |

Church Organizations
| Finance Committee |
Preparing the financial reports, scrutinize the
parish expenses, and advise the Pastor on financial matters. |
| Land Stewardship Committee |
Plan and maintain the church grounds. Support
all functions held on the grounds, such as Christmas Midnight Mass, Harvest Hayride, etc. |
| Historian |
Document the history of the church from foundation to
present. |
| Pastoral Council |
Advise the Pastor and discuss issues that are
relevant to the vision of the parish. |
