The Good News Puppet Playhouse Needs Your Help!!

Have you attended our puppet shows?  Have you or your children enjoyed the messages?  The Good News Puppet Playhouse needs new volunteers to keep this fun, rewarding ministry alive.  Help us share God's Word and love with children and families through puppets.  Come to the first practice for our Easter Show, "The Empty Tomb," Friday, February 26 and discover wht we're all about!

We use puppets to present Bible-based and spiritual stories for children from age two to eight in various programs in the parish.  We give shows for the children of the preschool and grade school and parish-wide at Women's Club functions and parish dinners.  We have also given shows at Christmas and Easter to residents at Aston Gardens and the Margate Health Center.

Do you have as few as 15 hours over a few weeks to give to God?  Our rehearsals start February 26 and continue March 5, 12, and 19 from 9:15-11:15am at Darlene Kelly's home in Parkland, only two miles from the church.  We will  present our show Friday, March 26 for the grade school students during their weekly Mass and Saturday, March 27 at the Easter Egg Hunt.  Please call Darlene Kelly at 954-240-8965 or 954-593-8717 or send and e-mail to kelly612@bellsouth.net for more information.
