Potluck Meeting
Our first meeting of the year is the Potluck on Tuesday, September 14, at 7:00pm in the parish hall. All women of the parish are invited and everyone is asked to bring a dish to share. This is a great time to get to know other women of the parish. Babysitting will be available. We look forward to seeing you!
Thank You
Last year we were able to host fun parish events such as the Thanksgiving Brunch, Breakfast with Santa, Fashion Show and Easter Egg Hunt in addition to having monthly meetings where the women of the parish could get to know one another. We were also able to distribute three scholarships to high school seniors and two 8th grade service awards. Additionally we made donations to the maintenance of the parish website, Faith Formation scholarships, St. Vincent De Paul, MHOC Preschool, MHOC School media center, grounds committee, middle school youth ministry, high school youth ministry, Eucharistic pewter for First Communions, kitchen committee and Emmaus retreat. Thanks to all for your support!
MOMs Group
The MOMs Group is a new committee in the Women’s Club that seeks to provide opportunities for the mothers in the group to meet up during the day with their children. All women are welcome. For additional information, please contact Alice Smith at alkey24@hotmail.com.
