Preparation for the sacraments of Baptism, Confirmation, Eucharist and Reconciliation take place within the regular Faith Formation sessions as well as the Rite of Christian Initiation of Children (RCIC) the Rite of Christian Initiation of Teens and the Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults. Reconciliation and Eucharist    In our Faith Formation Program children will prepare for and receive the Sacrament of Reconciliation in Level 2 and will prepare for and receive the Sacrament of Eucharist (First Communion) in Level 3.

Confirmation is prepared for in the standard program during C 1, and C 2 .

Students who have not attended at least 2 years of formal Catholic religious education after First Communion will need to enroll in an overview of Catholicism class (Pre C-1) before they can

Proceed to C1.

            Each C1 and C2 class is responsible for a service project.

            Additionally ,Each C2 (and High School 2)  student will choose an individual service project according to the guidelines provided.

            C 1 normally has seventh and eighth graders enrolled.

            C 2 normally has eighth and ninth graders enrolled.

We also have two classes of High School Initiation (10th, 11th, and 12th) students each year.

Confirmation 2 candidates must have an adult mentor join them in this final part of their journey to full initiation.
